Property appointments are available only during regular business hours, Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
Walk-ins are not accepted.
Appointments can be requested by emailing us at property@avonindiana.gov (please include case number, if known).
All property must be picked up at the Avon Police Department located at 6550 East US Highway 36, Avon Indiana 46123.
A government issued photo ID is required. Additional information may also be required on a case by case basis, and will be explicitly expressed at the time of scheduling your appointment.
Items being held as evidence in an active case will not be released until which time the case is decided by the courts, OR a court order is issued authorizing the release of said property. No exceptions.
