Past due accounts that we are no longer able to collect on due to owners moving or passing away will need to be closed. Looking to purge accounts that are over 1 year old annually at every January Board meeting. Will have the total number of accounts and the total dollar amount to present at the January Board meeting for approval before the purge takes place.
