VAR 23-14 Harvest Landing, Lot 2 Dumpsters

Request for approval of a Variance of Development Standards of Article 5.1(H)(2) of the Unified Development Ordinance to allow for the placement of three dumpster enclosures within a front yard. The property is 8.7-acres in the Town of Avon, Section 32, Township 15N, Range 1E, Parcel Number 32-10-01-433-002.000-031 located at 8944 Dr. Charles Nelson Drive. The property is zoned C-2: General Commercial, and is located in Tier 3 of the US Highway 36 Overlay Zoning District.
