Dan Jones Widening Phase 3 Update
Starting Tuesday, August 19th, 2025, crews will begin work on Dan Jones Road from US 36 to 100 North for a crossing replacement by CenterPoint Energy. The contractor will aim to keep one lane open in each direction at all times. There may be brief, full-lane closures lasting only a few minutes to allow equipment to cross or materials to be staged, but we expect traffic interruptions to be minimal.
