Utility relocation work is nearing completion on Dan Jones Road from CR 100S to Main Road. The Town’s Contractor will begin road work on or after June 15, 2023. A summary of the anticipated timeline and construction operations are below.
June 16 to June 25 – A temporary roadway widening will occur along the west edge of Dan Jones Road. This will allow for traffic to be shifted to start Phase 2 construction.
June 26 to September 21 – Northbound road construction will occur.
September 22 to December 2 – Southbound road construction will occur.
December 3 to December 15 - Final clean up and final asphalt paving.
Both northbound and southbound traffic will be maintained on Dan Jones Road during construction. Access to homes and businesses will always be provided. Notices will be given for any work directly impacting your driveway.
